Lower School Arts

We believe that exposure to the fine arts is a critical piece to a child’s education.  Fine arts balances academics to allow a child’s mind to explore another dimension of God's amazing creation.  Whether it is learning how to make a drawing “come to life” or express ideas through drama and music, fine arts is a valuable piece of the Northwood Academy education.
All Lower School students will experience art and music from kindergarten through 5th grade.  For those that discover a strong love for the arts, more opportunities are available through chapel performances and seasonal productions.
